Our products include limited edition oniric posters, decorative posters, stationary, and design souvenirs. Orders are validated once full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of stock shortage, incorrect pricing, or ongoing payment disputes.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are listed in SAR (Saudi Riyal). Prices exclude shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. Secure payments are processed via the payment gateways provided on the Wix platform.
5. SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
We ship locally within Saudi Arabia. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law:
- Limited editions, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- For standard non-customized items, customers have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
